I am not a soccer fan. I played soccer for one year in junior high school. They stuck me in as goalie becaing shouse I was tall and had a large wingspan. I wasn't good. I wasn't even meh. I remember one game going up for a ball at goal and realizing that one of the opposing players was holding on to my shorts which were not at my ankles. Funny looking back. Humiliating in the moment.

But there is undeniably something about the soccer or "football" world that brings people together ... either in celebration or in mayhem ... sometimes both.

To watch the reaction of the Europeans, the Africans, and the Asians as they visit the USA for the 2026 FIFA cup championship has been absolutely wonderful. Having spent the last 20-30 years watching the US and world media and the Democrat party and the socialists tell Americans how bloody awful we are ion every way and then to see the world react to how good we are has been nothing short of refreshing and cleansing.

We're not perfect ... not even close. But we are not the terrible cross-section of humanity that the globalists, the socialists, and the ignorati make us out to be. We do our best. We fall short. We try harder and we improve. We are not as free as we think and not as repressed as much of the rest of the world.

Thank you world! And welcome to the USA where the people are friendly, the skies are wide, the food is plentiful, and the scenery is second to none.
