In the wake of the uplifting and positive news that the FDA has finally removed the COVID mRNA injected disaster from the recommended list for children and pregnant women (uh, why not for everyone?), we might take this as an opportunity for a quick glance over our societal shoulder.

I have to admit that this one caught me off guard. This is the type of response you expect from power-hungry politicians.  However, this look back is warranted lest we forget the totalitarian leanings of rank-and-file democrats.

From a poll taken by the reputable Rasmussen Reports in the midst of the COVID debacle in 2022...

• "78% of Democratic voters support the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate"

Let's let that sink in: democrat voters (not just politicians and party apparatchik) overwhelmingly supported the unconstitutional stripping of informed consent (the centerpiece of what passes for modern western medicine in a supposedly post-Nazi 21st century) from their American brothers and sisters. Nearly 8 in 10 supported the insanity of the allowing government bureaucrats to declare what we must do with our bodies. Astonishing.  

• "55% of Democratic voters would support a proposal for federal or state governments to fine Americans who choose not to get a COVID-19 vaccine”

So a majority of democrat voters supported official punishment  for those not goose-stepping behind the official narrative despite a complete lack of safety and efficacy data. Got it. 

• "59% of Democratic voters would favor a government policy requiring that citizens remain confined to their homes at all times, except for emergencies, if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine."

Nearly six in ten democrat voters supported criminalizing the exercise of free will. Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, and Mao would have loved the American democrat voter! Such compliance was difficult to come by in their day other than at the point of a gun. In today's America, we line up to beg for tyranny.

• "Nearly half (48%) of Democratic voters think federal and state governments should be able to fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications."

According to one of the most reputable polling firms in the word, half of your garden-variety democrat voting friends and neighbors favor criminalizing the exercise of free speech. Sure explains the rise and support of censorship, doesn't it?

• "47% of Democrats favor a government tracking program for those who won’t get the COVID-19 vaccine."

‘Cause who doesn’t like a whole big serving of government monitoring and tracking of an undesirable segment of the population? Show us your papers, Schnell! 

• "Twenty-nine percent (29%) of Democratic voters would support temporarily removing parents’ custody of their children if parents refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine."

No words. This is simply no way to explain that 3 of 10 of your democrat-voting friends and neighbors would support the government taking your children away from you if you choose not to bend the knee to government tyranny. This is truly shocking!

• "President Biden’s strongest supporters are most likely to endorse the harshest punishments against those who won’t get the COVID-19 vaccine. Among voters who have a Very Favorable impression of Biden, 51% are in favor of government putting the unvaccinated in 'designated facilities,' and 54% favor imposing fines or prison sentences on vaccine critics"

Concentration camps ... brought to you by Pfizer and democrat voters! What's not to love?

It appears that the seed of tyranny finds fertile soil in the hearts of too many left-leaning, tyranny-loving, democrat voters who want nothing more than an expanded central government at the expense of personal liberty.

If you are a member of the democrat party, perhaps a good long look in the mirror is warranted.
