Barry is, without doubt, an enigma in American politics. So much promise, yet so much failure. So much apparent talent, yet such lack of accomplishment. His "signature" accomplishments, those things for which we as a culture voted to put him into the highest office in the land, were such abject failures. This piece was inspired by the Hope and the Failure.

You Can Call Me Barry

Intro]

Yeah... Hope and Change, that was the brand

But whispers in the dark, across the land

You can call me Barry... or question the tale

Official mess-ups mixed with theories so pale

[Verse 1] (rap, quirky flow with sarcasm)

IRS targetin' conservatives, delayin' their game

Tea Party apps buried, who's to blame?

Lois Lerner bounced, millions paid in shame

But hey, just a hiccup in my flawless fame

Benghazi burnin', ambassador down

We spun it as protest, wore that crown

Security flops? Nah, minor frown

Four lives lost, but I owned the town

[Chorus] (soulful ballad croon, sarcastic and wistful)

Ohhh, you can call me Barry

The enigma wrapped in mystery

Scandals official, theories wild and free

Fast and Furious guns runnin' loose

Solyndra solar dream turnin' to juice

But smile wide, yes we can

Transparent king of the plan

[Verse 2] (rap, quirky energy building with shadowy whispers)

NSA spyin', collectin' your calls

Snowden leaked it, watch the empire fall

Bulk data grabs, no warrants at all

Privacy? Pfft, just give me a call

Now Larry Sinclair spinnin' yarns from the past

Coke and encounters, claims that didn't last

Polygraphs flop, courts tossed 'em fast

But whispers linger, shadows cast

[Bridge] (slower soul whisper, quirky echo on conspiracies)

Birth certificate PDF, layers they say

White House upload, but doubts won't go away

Born in Hawaii? Or Kenya's bay?

Malik my brother tweetin' the fray

Fake docs and trolls, what a play...

And Michelle? They call her Mike in the shade

Rumors twistin', no evidence made

Quirky theories, never fade

[Verse 3] (fast quirky rap, mixing official and theory)

Half a bil to Solyndra, donors in line

Bankrupt quick, taxpayer decline

Official flop, but theories entwine

Place of birth questioned, certificate line

Brother Malik with a Kenyan sign

Hoax or truth? Draw your line

[Chorus] (soulful with ad-libs, fading sarcasm)

Ohhh, you can call me Barry (Barry, yeah)

Conspiracies swirl in the night

Official blunders under the light

Guns, loans, spies, and birthright fights

But hope eternal, out of sight

[Outro]

So you can call me Barry...

The puzzle with pieces missin'

Official and myth, forever kissin'

Yes we can... or can we? (heh)

Fade to black, end the vision...
